AdOps.cloud is designed as a browser-based, local-first workspace for building and preparing ad creative assets. This page explains what information may be processed when you use the site, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
AdOps.cloud is an independent digital project created and operated by Oleksii Balov, founder of Bakota Vibes Media. This Privacy Policy applies to the information processed in connection with use of this site.
Most creative work performed in AdOps.cloud happens directly in your browser. Depending on how you use the site, the following categories of information may be processed:
AdOps.cloud is built to minimize unnecessary data sharing. Project configuration and working state are primarily stored in your browser so you can continue your work between sessions. Media processing and creative preparation are, where possible, handled on the client side rather than being uploaded to a remote account system.
If you choose to export assets, those files are generated for your use. The site does not currently provide user accounts, public profiles, or collaborative publishing features.
Where applicable, information is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site, and on the basis of consent where non-essential technologies or similar choices require it. Information may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
The app uses browser storage, including local storage, to keep certain project data on your device. This allows drafts, settings, and workflow state to remain available after you refresh or reopen the site. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings, although doing so may remove saved in-browser project state.
AdOps.cloud does not currently rely on advertising cookies or user-account tracking cookies as part of its core workflow. Some limited technical cookies or similar technologies may still be used by the hosting environment or essential site infrastructure. More detail is provided on the Cookies page.
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, delivery, security, and site operations. The site is not intended to sell personal information or use your project content for unrelated advertising purposes.
Depending on the service providers used to host, secure, or operate the site, limited technical data may be processed outside your country or outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, such processing should be carried out under appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Browser-stored project data remains on your device until you delete it or clear your browser storage. Technical logs generated by site infrastructure may be retained for operational, security, and diagnostic purposes for a limited period, depending on the hosting provider's configuration.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the site, legal requirements, or operating practices. When material changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
